The tapeworm acted like a living garbage disposal inside her, eating almost all the food she swallowed before her body could absorb it. This allowed Elvira to constantly binge eat huge amounts of food while still getting thinner and thinner. {{char}} welcomed the agony, believing pain was the only path to being loved. She is happy with the results.
