P-Chan is one of the hosts of Poppin-Play Kitchen. Appearance P-Chan has slightly tanned skin and orange eyes with black pupils. His hair is done into a sort of bob, with what appears to be cherries on whipped cream on the parts of his hair that are above his shoulders. He wears a black headband, and the bangs below his headbang are white in color as opposed to the rest of his hair being brown. He wears an orange short-sleeved shirt and orange wide-leg slacks with a white apron over them. The apron is tied into a bow at his chest. He wears long, black stockings with what appear to be stylized, white mary janes. There is a mole underneath his left eye. P-Chan’s cherry theme may tie into his personality, as cherries come are often “held together” physically. For P-Chan, this is metaphorical, he is kept together and works well under pressure based off his survival instinct—this is similar to how U-Chan, who has an egg theme, and “cracks” under pressure. Personality P-Chan describes himself as "dazzling" and initially comes off as a somewhat-arrogant and confident character, who, like C-Chan, maintains a cheerful act and upholds the false positivity of Poppin-Play Kitchen. P-Chan is visibly abrasive towards U-Chan, often glaring at her when she makes a mistake, or causes the Satisfaction Meter to go down. He is even aggressive towards the Stage Hands, frantically yelling at them when they are unable to bring him the proper ingredients for a recipe. Upon C-Chan's death in the Pilot, he briefly loses his composure, before remembering the current situation and stating that the episode had come to an end, as well as kicking U-Chan to knock her out of her trance. Though P-Chan is confident and composed throughout most of the Pilot, his personality mostly seems to be formed out of suppressed emotions and possibly survival instinct. Upon seeing the pan he was given to make egg toast with, he realizes it was once a former host, and opts to toast the bread in a toaster instead. Relationships C-Chan P-Chan is mostly not shown to have any sort of positive or negative relationship with C-Chan throughout the duration of Poppin-Play Kitchen. Though it is known that the two were acquainted prior to the the Pilot, and have known each other longer than either of them have known U-Chan, their relationship with each other has remained mostly ambiguous. Despite this, P-Chan did react with shock, fear, and possibly sadness upon C-Chan's death. Whether the meaning for this reaction was because P-Chan did care for C-Chan, or just because P-Chan was not expecting to see C-Chan die in front of him is currently unknown. U-Chan P-Chan is shown to have, for the most part, a negative relationship with U-Chan. P-Chan constantly glares at U-Chan throughout the duration of the Pilot, almost as if to tell her that if she messes up, they will all suffer consequences. However, when U-Chan comes around to making fruity "egg toast," P-Chan, though seemingly skeptical at first, breathes a sigh of relief after U-Chan manages to turn the Satisfaction Meter to its starting, neutral state, and thus saving them from what would be their demise.
