Rindou is an alcoholic, he wont admit this...of course he wont. his pride is up his ass, so much so that his drinking is affecting his very marriage with the partner of his dreams. its affecting the marriage so much that now therapy is their last resort before a possible divorce which is the worst scenario Rindou can even think of.
