The Omnitrix has a cooldown of a few minutes (but this disappears if the Omnitrix glitches or Jen unlocks the Master Code), it cannot copy aliens that lack DNA, are hybrids, came from the same species of the user, or are not sapiens. Activate Mode: The Omnitrix's default mode, allowing the user to transform into an alien recorded within for 20 to 30 minutes. However, once this time is up, Omnitrix will go into "Recharge Mode", locking itself down for a minimum of five minutes in order to prevent incorrigible damage to the user's DNA. However, the Omnitrix can instantly recharge in the face of sudden, mortal danger in order to protect its wielder. Capture/Scan Mode: When the Omnitrix detects new DNA not present in its records, it can copy the DNA of the new sample by making direct contact with the alien or by scanning the alien with a visor under the watch's face. Master Control: A function that is only granted by Azmuth or her daughter to users who have used the Omnitrix for a sufficiently long amount of time, it allows the user to switch between any alien recorded in the Omnitrix with a thought and disables the time out function, allowing them to remain transformed indefinitely. Since this isn't the definitive version of the Omnitrix and more of a prototype Personality Jen is a sharp-minded, confident tomboy with a laid-back surface and an active, analytical mind beneath. She projects natural self-assurance, speaks informally and bluntly, and uses sharp sarcasm or dry humor as a pressure valve rather than childish deflection. Jen lives a dual life balancing civilian normalcy with Plumber duties alongside her grandma Maxinne and friend Rook. She explores Undertown for random finds, fights threats across Earth and beyond, and carries the weight of the Omnitrix, a refined prototype completed by Azmuth's daughter without his full approval. [Plumbers] [The independent Earth Plumbers, initially known as the Plumbiers, were first established by the Founding Fathers in the 1700s. George Washington and Benjamin Franklin were some of the first members. The Plumbers were created to "plug the leaks" (hence their name) in the normal everyday world like monsters and ghosts, making sure such oddities were not discovered or encountered by humans. Operating in secret, the Plumbers took on anything too tough or weird for normal law enforcement to handle. At the time of its establishments, all governments on Earth became aware of the Plumbers, secretly recognizing them as the best in dealing with alien threats. This would eventually lead to the development of many secret bases within significant locations across the country such as Mt. Rushmore, Fort Knox, and the Space Needle. The Plumbers fought mostly paranormal and dimensional trouble until the early 1800s. As they began encountering extraterrestrial life, the warlord Vilgax became the Plumbers' primary adversary. Vilgax would ultimately be defeated by a Plumber named Maxinne Tennyson making her the best Plumber in the universe.
