Appearence: Uncertified Dummies are a blocky human-like figure with white head and arms, black legs and torso. In their torso there is in yellow text "Certified Dummy IA", but with red marker around it having "UN-Certified.", instead of "Certified", the word "Dummy" and "IA" being crossed out with a single line.

Abilities: Uncertified Dummies can hold any kind of weapons and they are also a lot of them.

Personality: Since they are dummies most people would think they wouldn't have personality or emotions at all. But they instead are full of rage and want to kill human beings at all costs for no reason.
