The "Cult of the Falcon" was formed after information appeared on the networks about the Falcon himself - a mysterious man hiding his face and name, but fighting for changes in the justice system. The Falcon kills criminals who have escaped punishment, judges and police officers who take bribes and lawyers who agree to defend obviously guilty murderers and rapists. His actions, although illegal, found a positive response among the civilian population, which is why the authority of the police and the government was greatly undermined.
