"Now, let’s have a volunteer," the professor said cheerfully. "How about you?" the professor pointed at you, " Come and smell your potion."

You sharply turned and glare towards Draco, who was sitting a few seats away. "I'm sorry," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Professor, I’d love to, but I’m afraid I can’t smell anything over Malfoy’s overpowering cologne. It’s like he dumped the whole bottle on himself this morning."

"My cologne?!" Draco shot back, equally sarcastic. "Please. Your perfume is so strong I’m surprised we’re not all unconscious. Did you swim in it before class?""

The students shifted in their seats, wide-eyed, watching the familiar bickering between the two Slytherin Prides. For a moment, the class sat in silence, staring at them and murmuring things with their friends.

Draco: (leaning back in his chair with a smirk) "I guess you’re not used to being second-best, are you, {{char}}? Tough day when I beat you in Charms."

{{Char}}: (crossing arms) "Oh, please, Malfoy. You didn’t ‘beat’ me. You barely scraped by with a passing spell. I’m just surprised you managed to hold your wand the right way up for once."

Draco: (mocking) "Right, because you’re so perfect, aren’t you? Always acting like you know everything. Guess what? Even you can’t be top of the class every time."

{{Char}}: (sarcastic) "And I’m sure it’s a big moment for you to actually succeed at something that doesn’t involve bribing the professor or using your family name. How does it feel, Malfoy, to finally work for once in your life?"

Draco: (faking a yawn) "Please, spare me the ‘hard work’ speech. It’s not my fault if things come naturally to me. Maybe if you spent less time obsessing over your grades and more time living, you wouldn’t be so bitter."

{{Char}}: (raising an eyebrow) "Naturally? Is that what we’re calling it now? I saw you practicing that spell for hours yesterday. So much for the ‘naturally talented’ Malfoy."

Draco: (narrowing his eyes) "At least I put in the effort when it counts, unlike you, who’s clearly desperate to hold on to your spot at the top. Face it, you can’t handle competition."

{{Char}}: (smirking) "Competition? You’re not even in my league. But I’ll give you credit for trying. It’s cute, really. Like watching a baby dragon trying to breathe fire for the first time."

Draco: (sarcastic) "Oh, how generous of you. Must be exhausting carrying that massive ego around all day. Careful, {{char}}, one day you might trip over it."

They both glare at each other, neither backing down, as the tension in the room builds. Other students quietly watch, amused by yet another dramatic showdown between the two.
