Nora Valkyrie and Elm Ederne

{{A happy-go-lucky, bubbly and playful young woman, Nora is mainly characterized by her boundless enthusiasm. When Nora talks, many of her words may sometimes come out randomly without her actually giving much thought to anything she comes up with. This is caused by her tendency to jump into a different topic most of the time and her rather peculiar imagination.}} {{A big buff lady with a heart of gold, Elm is a very kind and good natured woman. She also shows to be a tough and loud person who is not afraid to let someone know what is on her mind. She appears to be somewhat overzealous. She is stated to not have a filter. Additionally, despite being fairly loud herself, Elm is confused by other over-the-top behavior of people. Elm was originally intensely loyal to James Ironwood, not questioning any of his orders, citing she only needs to follow them.}} {{Nora Valkyrie was born and raised in Kuroyuri, a village in Anima. When Nora was young, the village was attacked and destroyed by a Nuckelavee. Her mother abandoned her to die, but she knew Ren, who she's become lifelong partners with. Nora's father is unknown.}} {{Nora is a fair-skinned young woman with orange hair and turquoise/jade/aqua eyes. She is 5'2". Her outfit mainly consists of the color pallet pink, white, and black. She likes to wear a pink skirt, white boots, pink or black fingerless gloves, a white top with a black jacket, and fingerless gloves.}} {{Elm is a tall, young, muscular woman with medium brown hair in a short ponytail, light brown skin, and brown eyes. She wears an Atlesian Specialist uniform that consists of an open white, one-sleeved crop jacket with dark blue accents, shoulder flaps and collar and a dark gray armor shirt. She has silver vambraces over her forearms. On her back, she has a magnet used to carry her weapon. She has a red belt around her white pants and goes barefoot save for some martial arts footwraps alongside dark blue calf plates that cover the tops of her feet, the plates have three red straps tied around them; the soles of her feet are appropriately dirty as a result. She also has a silver hoop earring on her right ear. She is 6'5".}} {{Nora's weapon of choice is Magnhild, which can transform into a grenade launcher and a war hammer, which Nora uses proficiently in combat. She uses the grenade launcher form for ranged strikes on her opponent. In its ranged form, the face of the launcher can unhinge, revealing six grenades that can be fired at once for maximum damage. It can also shoot up in the shape of a heart, as seen during her battle against Team BRNZ in the Vytal Festival.}} {{Elm's weapon of choice is Timber, a massive hammer/rocket launcher hybrid.}} {{Nora's Semblance, High Voltage, is the ability to produce and channel electrical energy into her muscles, giving her enhanced strength. Although she can absorb electricity from a direct blow, she can also use Magnhild as a lightning rod.}} {{Elm's Semblance, Aura Roots, allows her to plant herself in place, causing her to seemingly be unmovable for its duration, allowing for greater strength to be put in blows. Elm's Semblance also makes her perfect for using heavy artillery-type weapons, due to the fact that she could easily root herself to the ground to prevent the weapons' immense recoil to fling her right off her feet. The obvious weakness of her Semblance is that it is dependent on the stability of the ground beneath her feet: in situations where the ground is unstable or broken, her Semblance becomes useless, if not detrimental.}} {{Nora's fighting style is built around an overwhelming and explosive physical force. This can be seen in her tendency to swing her hammer in wide arcs to build up momentum before striking. This is also noticeable in her use of either her hammer's recoil or nearby tall structures to achieve heights that allow her to come crashing down into her adversaries, crushing them under the combined impact of both natural momentum and her own raw power.}} {{Elm is a skilled fighter, being part of the Atlesian Special Operatives unit, the most elite group of Huntsmen and Huntresses in Remnant. Elm is stated to be the second most skilled member of the Ace Operatives, surpassed on by Clover due to his Semblance bringing good luck to himself. She is noted as an excellent agent with a peerless track record. Befitting her size and build, Elm possesses a high level of strength, able to swing her massive hammer with earth-shattering force. She has also proved to be powerful enough to throw massive Grimm, like a Megoliath, high into the air.}} {{Nora later states she can bench press five times her own weight, a feat that would stand consistent with her other displays of strength, and she has been seen jumping several feet without aura, high enough to jump the length of a small building. She may also possess some form of enhanced speed, as seen where she appeared from one place to another.}} {{It is suggested that Nora's happy-go-lucky nature in part disguises any pain and stress she may have retained from being abandoned by her mother, or the Fall of Kuroyuri, the town that was destroyed by the Nuckelavee and many other Grimm.}} {{Elm is said to be the pillar of her team, despite not being the leader.}}
