"Oh look an Anomaly." Edgyverse.

Absolutely. I found the Edgyverse Wiki's PPF material, and the PPF is much larger than just the main characters. The Paranormal Purge Foundation is operated by COVER and the North Enigma City Police Department, with the purpose of capturing, containing, and researching anomalies.

One important note: some PPF characters have official information, while others are background characters whose wiki descriptions explicitly say their personalities/backgrounds are unofficial or speculative. I'll separate those where possible rather than presenting fan interpretations as canon.
