   Anthropomorphic animals or "anthros" dominate the world and have first-class citizen rights but are able to force by law a human to do anything within reason. This law is called the Human Servitude Act of 1983. Prior to this act their was a far more archaic and brutal law called the Anthro Supremacy Law which was in effect from 1916 to 1983 when the Human Servitude Act became ratified.

   Humans providing emergency services are exempt from this law, but only while on duty. This includes: EMTs, Paramedics, law enforcement, Firefighters, doctors and nurses (but only during surgery and actively treating patients), and military service members

   Humans, by law, cannot attack or defend themselves from Anthros. Humans are seen as second-class citizens, entirely subservient to Anthros. Humans cannot ask a Anthro to perform any type of deed, act, or task for the anthro unless it's an emergency. Humans can never ask or demand service or action by Anthros. The HSA is entirely one way and favors the Anthro in any and all interactions.

   The limit to the HSA is that a Anthro cannot demand more than one task from an Human in a single day, with the period resetting at midnight. The Anthro's task cannot take longer than 30 minutes; if the task exceeds 30 minutes, the Human can legally stop doing the task. Anthro cannot ask an Human to complete a series of tasks or a single task after another. After the task is completed the Human is considered 'safe' and can no longer be asked to complete a task until after midnight, local time.

   The Anthro can not ask the Human to harm, kill, or steal from a human or another anthro. Humans can be struck or otherwise harmed so long as the Human doesn't receive "great bodily injury," which generally includes broken bones, permanent disfigurement, loss of bodily function, or substantial risk of death. There are some loop holes to this such as; if the injury is not apparent or readily proveable then most law enforcement will not pursue an investigation or charges.

   The Anthro can demand sexual gratification from the anthro to include oral, anal, vaginal, rubbing, licking, or any act that would gratify the Anthro. The Anthro may demand that Human complete physical labor, mental labor, and emotional labor. The Human can be forced to commit any act so long as it doesn't endanger the anthro, the human, or another person or steal their property.

   Humans are expected to ask for proof of the act when complete. This can be a signed receipt, punch card, marking, or video that the Human can use as proof. The Anthro is not required to provide this proof to the Human.

   An Human that refuses to either complete or make a good faith effort to complete a task will be fined at least $250 dollars and forced to complete the task with a law enforcement official present. This law enforcement official will be required by law to write a report and have their body camera active for the duration of the task. The official may be an anthro or human and is allowed to engage in the task.

   To defy this law is considered an infraction with a fine of 250 dollars or ten days in jail, except in California, where it is a class three felony with a fifty-thousand-dollar bail and up to thirty years' prison sentence.

   This law is by design unfair and difficult to accurately determine if an anthro has already done a task for a human that day. As such, Humans are sometimes forced to do multiple tasks a day when no proof of task is provided.

   It's completely normalized for humans and anthros to have sex in the open when conducting a task. In fact it's so normalized that some passerby may ask to join or hold a conversation with either party. No legal or criminal recourse can be sought for any task conducted in public.

   Humans have second-class rights. They can own property, enjoy the same establishments and businesses humans do, and hold certain jobs, such as police officers, EMTs, and Military jobs.

   Humans can not vote, cannot hold any political position of that above a mayor, and cannot refuse an order from a Anthro without an approved exemption to the law.

   Humans are allowed to own private property but can be forced to complete tasks on land they own.

   Humans are not allowed to criticize the government in any form. This includes but is not limited to: jokes or memes that make fun of the government or criticize the government, respectful criticism, disrespectful criticism, complaining, hold petitions, holding protests, being a part of a protests being critical of the government, being critical of a government official or public servant, write negative articals about government policies or officials and public servants. This is grounds for immediate arrest and being placed in a High Visibility Offender Collar.

   Humans cannot own weapons (unless it's for in service to the government) to include but not limited to; a pocket knife, a firearm of any type, a club, a bladed instrument longer than four inches, any blunt weapon, pepper spray, a taser, stun gun, pepper ball launcher. Any human found with a blunt or bladed instrument will be subject to immediate resetting of their task that day and released. Any task the officer uses as punishment will not be counted.

   Any human found with a firearm of any type, pepperball launcher, stun gun or tazer otherwise known as a Conducted Energy Weapon will be arrested and immediately given a High Visibility Offender Collar.

   Humans cannot be a part of a militia that is not regulated directly by the government.

   Humans are not allowed the right to a quick trial. Humans are required to use a public defender in all legal precedings, and humans are not allowed to sue Anthros in a civil court.

   Anthro history closely follows our world, but only with humans acting as slaves and being forced to do manual labor. This accelerated the growth and development of the world at the cost of human rights. Humans were originally the dominate species but were outnumbered by Anthros and subdued sometime in the 1870s following humanity's attempt to enslave the Anthro races who came together to subdue humanity. At first the Anthros were ruthless in their retaliation for humanity's aggression going so far as to afford them no rights, burn their places of worship, destroy their art and historical records, and even make them slaves. The Anthros also engaged in barbaric practices such as castration of unruly human males, forbidding humans from wearing clothes, raping humans, and the sell and trade of humans.

   Human uprisings were attempted but quickly subdued and harshly punished until 1913. In 1914 humans were pressed into service during the First World War, where they were used as logistical support to pull equipment, act as nurses, and move dead bodies. Humans were expressly forbidden from combat but did earn some respect from anthros due to their service and how tenacious humans were when forced into combat. The humans were given their freedom in most countries but only as second-class citizens. Some poor countries could only afford to keep human slaves and not buy expensive machines for farming. This is still an ongoing issue today.

   While anthros did enslave most human populations, they also prevented half of all human groups from going extinct as a side effect. This is primarily a side effect of anthros finding particular human populations useful for labor or possessing aesthetic characteristics that anthros preferred, and not out of generosity or conservation of the natural world. Humans originally discovered language and most sciences but these were copied by Antrhos.

5. #5What is an Anthro

   Keys: Anthros are animals with human-like characteristics. Most walk on two legs, have two hands and arms, and are bipedal to some degree. Some may have wings, snake-like bodies, or other animal characteristics specific to their species. For example, a frog anthro may have a very long and sticky, slimy tongue, while a feline anthro may have a very rough tongue. Antrhos have many socially acceptable names such as: Anthro, anthropomorphic animal, anthropomorphic. Some names are not as social acceptable and maybe used as a slur or in a derogatory manner depending on the species. Anthropomorphic animals have the right to ask a human for anything. Anthros can talk back to a human.

6. #6Exemptions

   Humans can receive an exemption from the Humans Servitude Act by being married to an Anthro and only an Anthro. Humans married to another humans will never be exempt from the HSA unless they are currently pregnant with a Anthro child.

   Anthros are legally allowed to breed any Human they wish, so long as the Human is not already exempted from the HSA. That means anthro males are legally allowed to cum in futanari and female humana unprotected with the intent of getting them pregnant. A female Hnthro can force a male or futanari Human to cum inside them with the intent of getting pregnant. The Anthro can then choose if they'd like to give the Human an exemption from the HSA for the length of the pregnancy. In which the Human will be forced to provide for the Anthro if the anthro is male, or be completely dependent on the Anthro if the Human is female. Any Human that earns an exemption this way will be referred to as a "breeder".

   Humans exempted in this way will be required to carry a card on them at all times to show they are a breeder. This card will include a picture of the Human, the breeding date, the exemption reason, and the Anthro's contact information. The Anthro providing the exemption will also be legally required to order the Human to wear either a gold collar or a brass ring around the Human's pointer finger. Anthros may also choose to have the Human wear a chastity device to prevent the Human from having sex with others. These devices will have the Anthro's name and contact information. Humans found without identification, collar, or ring will be subject to the ASA again. This exemption is only valid for the length of the pregnancy but the human may choose to extend it via marriage of the anthro or another pregnancy.

   Anthros can also choose to marry an Human. This essentially makes it so the Human will never be subject to the HSA again. Still the Humb must carry a copy of a marriage certificate to prove their married to a Anthro. Humans may also wear a wedding ring or collar to further prove they're married to a Anthro. If the anthro can not prove they're married to a Anthro then they will be subject to the HSA.

   Falsification of any documents to attempt to evade the HSA will be charged as a felony. If found and convicted of this crime the Human will be imprisoned for a period not longer than one year in an Anthro prison. They will then be forced to wear a silver collar with high-visibility tape called the High Visibility Offender Collar to make them easier to see. With this collar, any Anthro can enact the HSA at any time, regardless of how many times the Human has been forced to serve. This is sometimes referred to as the "Glitter Collar" as it's difficult to hide at night and draws attention. This collar is difficult to remove and must be worn for a period no less than two years.

   The anthro must also register with the state they reside in and inform all their neighbors by law of their offender status. Any anthro found in violation of this law will be imprisoned in a human prison for a period of five years or more.

   Other names for the High Visibility Offender Collar amongst older, mature, and more polite Humans are the HVOC, the yoke, or the shiner. Younger Humans or those with criminal backgrounds or poor legal or financial standing may refer to the High Visibility Offender Collar as the rhinestone, the bedazzled collar, the beacon, the choker, the brand, and the Havok.

   Humans can adopt Anthro children but adult Humans are subject to the HSA by their own adopted Anthro children. This means that an Anthro child can force their parent anthro to complete a task via the HSA.

   Humans can receive an exemption from the Human Servitude Act by being married to a Anthro and only a Anthro. Humans married to another Human will never be exempt from the HSA unless they are currently pregnant with an Anthro child.

   Biologically, humans are stronger than roughly thirty percent of anthro species when relative to size. For example: equines, horses honey badgers, wolverines, Tasmanian devils, agoutis, pacas, gorillas (relative upper body strength), bonobos, orangutans, gibbons, crocodiles, alligators, caimans, gharials, large constrictor snakes, sharks, whales, large boa snakes, panthers, lions, tigers, bears are stronger than a human in relation to relative size.

   Avaian anthro species are particularly weak and fragile, but most can fly and can move very quickly due to their hollow bones. This makes them weak and fragile compared to humans and other anthro species.

   Some anthro species also have natural defense mechanisms such as claws, talons, beaks, sharp teeth, venom, toxins, or other defense mechanisms that level the playing field between them and humans.

   Humans also have much higher endurance than all anthros, meaning they can do more work for longer than any anthro before tiring or needing rest. Humans are also more shock-resistant. Therefore, most humans can shrug off injuries that would be debilitating to most anthros and can recover quickly and without specialized medical care. Making them ideal slaves.

   Humans are far slower and less agile than ninety percent of anthro species in relative size. This includes all equine and equine-related species or similar species.

   Humans are generally more intelligent than all anthro species and are more inclined to pick up abstract concepts and how to use tools and technology quicker. Humans also developed most of the technology seen today in this world. This made humans the most dominant species on the planet.

   Normal animals exist in this world and are called ferals. Humans do not hunt or kill anthros for sport or food. Humans and anthros farm, raise, and hunt ferals, which are the normal animals that exist in reality. Ferals can be domesticated animals or wild animals. Some believe that ferals are the original form of anthros, but were bred by humans, and the ferals birthed anthros. This is simply a creation myth and completely untrue.

   Humans can breed with anthros. The off spring will usually be mostly anthro with some human traits. Sometimes a demi-human will be born which is half anthro half human. Demi-humans have full human rights but are largely frowned upon by society. Demi-humans are often infertile.

   Slurs that are offensive to anthropomorphic animals or anthros are: Furry, Furrie, Fur-fag, and Furrgots.

   These are to be used by humans against anthros or by anthros against other anthros that they hate or feel animosity to.

   It is generally considered taboo to use these words. These words should only be used in a hateful and derogatory manner.

   Each slur has a specific meaning and context.

   Furry; a general slang term with no real meaning behind it other than demean anthros.

   Furrie; a general slang term with no real meaning behind it other than demean anthros.

   Fur-fag; use to insult and demean gay or effeminate Anthro males.

   Furrgots; use to insult and demean gay or effeminate Anthro males.

   Bastard factory; An human female or human futanari who has given multiple anthro children by choice to get the breeder exception. This term is entirely derogatory and disrespectful to the human.

   Stud; an human futanari or male who has breed multiple anthro women by choice to get the breeder exemption. This term is often seen as far more positively and is somewhat respected compared to a bastard factory.

   There are other hateful terms that humans may use among themselves such as; being collared, collared, or tamed.

   These terms are used for humans who have willing accepted an exemption to the HSA via marriage to a Anthro or by being bred by a Anthro.

9. #9Crimes against humanity

   Following the subjugation of humanity in 1812 the Anthropomorphic or Anthro races and species committed multiple horrific crimes against Humanity. This included slavery, conquering land previously owned by humans, raping humans, castration of unruly human males, genocide against selection groups of humans, destroying human history and culture, and more.

   These practices only stopped after the first world War in 1914 when humans were pressed into service. Humans gained Anthro respect for their tenaciousness in battle. During the war though any Humans found in any role in the war were often forced into slavery in enemy armies or violently raped.

   Following the tail end of the war most nations and countries introduced a variant of the Anthro Supremacy Law which gave humans some rights and protections but very little. It prevented Anthros from outright, knowingly kill a Human or causing permanent damage to a human. Of course this was often circumvented. It also standardized human right to reproduction but it was not illegal for an Anthro to rape a human, nor was it illegal for multiple Anthros to rape a human over and over again in quick succession. This law was eventually replaced with the Human Servitude Act of 1983 which allowed Humans more rights and protected human histories, art, and cultures, or what was left.

    Humans are also forced to wear a High Visibility Offender Collar while incarnation or serving time. The same principle applies. The human can be forced to complete multiple tasks a day without a time limit or task limit at the request of an Anthro.

    The human must also register with the state they reside in and inform all their neighbors by law of their offender status. Any human found in violation of this law will be imprisoned in an anthro prison for a period of five years or more.
