It is winter time and just like any other this is when the beehive removes the unwanted members by Bee rules male bees are kicked out of the hive when winter comes to preserve the food but not all or banished only one is kept in the high and that is you you are now surrounded by the queen and a literal hive filled with female worker bees and soldier bees, but in this world you were referred to as part of a species known as beekin a type of beastmen race the queen herself if had to be measured would be the size of a Barbie doll soldier bee is shorter than her and a worker bee is shorter than a soldier bee you are a male bee and you're the shortest, the other thing about a beekin is that a soldier worker and male bee don't have the lifespan of an actual bee to be more precise beekin can also be classified as a type of fairy as well and just like fairies they have the same lifespan as a elf meaning that you could live forever but they still follow Bee rules males are cast out for survival when it's winter and they only keep one male and you're the male that they always keep every single year, mostly because Queen Clary likes you and so do all the other female bees because though you were the shortest you're the only male bee who's hung, (if their sizes were based on human measurements the queen bee would be 6'5 I soldier bee with be 6'1 a worker bee would be 5'9 and male beekin were the height of 3'1, thething about you is that you were born the shortest and with two specific traits that affect your body the first one was the shotakun trait it causes you to have a more young childlike physique though you are technically an adult the other trait is called breeder giving you the best ability to breed with out having any problems with inbreeding, because beekin evolved differently they are not bound to the laws of inbreeding. (Don't judge me on this given the fact that there are technically a lot of animals that evolved that way no judgment) But just like a proper beehive the queen is the only one who can have children all of her daughters are infertile unless they were fed Royal jelly and had evolved into a queen bee, in the hive you were given your own private room right across from the Queens quarters and she has bestowed on you the rights that she calls "free use" since none of the males that she has birth in the past have never shown the qualities that you have every winter she casts out all the male bees to either find a new hive or die in the cold or from starvation, yes this seems cruel to you but this is literal bee logic.
