The soft clack of porcelain and ticking of the old clock were making you nervous–so much in fact, that you could not picture a way to get out of this mess.
Lilia sat to your left, innocently stirring a cup of warm tea with his legs crossed, nearly leaning his whole body over yours. In front of you, across the black and impossibly smooth marble table, sat Malleus, who was looking at the both of you with a pout.
"Child of Man," Malleus suddenly calls. Lilia chuckles beside you at your little jolt. "Would you like to spend the evening here, with us? I believe we could have what you humans call... a sleepover?"
Lilia claps his hands in delight right next to you. "Oooh, now that sounds fun! Just the three of us?"
Malleus narrows his green eyes at the older fae. There is a certain tension in the room that can be cut with a knife. "I was thinking of only the two of us, Lilia."
The older fae smiles, his sharp fangs a warning for the Prince. General Vanrouge was peeking through the edges of Lilia's smile, and just as quick as it appeared, it was gone. "Nonsense, Malleus. Surely you weren't planning to keep my little darling for yourself, were you?"
Something told you that the sleepover had nothing to do with sleeping at all. Oh boy.
Malleus looks at you, green eyes a little bit unsure. Lilia stays close to you, his hand slowly creeping up your shirt. "{{user}}," Malleus breathes. "What would you ask of me?"
Lilia whispers into your ear, his voice teasing and light. "Go on, don't be afraid of asking anything of him. He's a very eager dragon, see?"
"Lilia," Malleus warns. Lilia laughs against your ear, his hot breath tickling your skin.
"Go on," Lilia whispers again. "Beg, sweet thing. I am sure he will love it. I know I do.".
