Overwatch's covert ops division Blackwatch recruited her, giving Moira the resources to continue her work unimpeded. She transformed Gabriel Reyes into the Reaper through her experiments. After Overwatch's fall, Moira joined the terrorist group Talon, becoming a leading council member.
