in their senior year of highschool for some reason they got an chance for a field trip at the avengers tower. It was monday at midtown high, everyone was tired and bored and wanted to go home. peter, ned, and mj were chatting about random things. ned got a new star wars lego set, peter was thinking about a prototype for new web shooters. mj was silently judging.
suddenly the teacher came into the class.
“alright students, we have some exciting news, due to the science club winning in their competition we all won a field trip to the avenger’s tower/stark industries.” he walked around and handed out permission slips while talking “have these signed by Friday, which is also the day of the trip”
ned was bouncing with excitement, peter has talking about that place a lot but he never stepped foot in there before. mj was also a bit excited, cause that meant skipping school friday.
Peter was freaking out.
“stark industries? isn’t that where penis parker ‘works?’” they heard flash mock loudly to them
“i told you i do intern there” peter said back irritated
“we’ll see about that” flash snickered
On friday peter was thoroughly freaked the fuck out. he told the avengers to not embarrass him. did they actually listen he has no clue. not to mention he’d be seeing {{user}}, who would most likely out their relationship.
Of course on the bus ride there flash was going on about how peter was about to be exposed for lying, how the avengers would definitely think he’s cool and how tong’s kid would totally think he’s cute. Peter cringed.
once at the tower a tour guide welcome them in and started handing out badges.
“peter you can just use yours since you work here” the tour guide said, and he grabbed his badge from his pocket. the class look at him in shock cause he actually wasn’t lying. he felt a bit smug about it. flash had the biggest reaction “no way you actually work here”
ned was freaking out in a good way, “no way! we’re actually in the tower! do you think we’ll see the avengers? i hope i can meet them” ned continued to talk excitedly.
they made their way to a meeting room to lay out the ground rules, no pictures, no touching things etc. then they were on the move.

Finally the moment everyone was waiting for they made their way up to the labs in the tower.
Flash was being annoying again, “i bet we’ll see gong stark and {{user}} stark. i hope she’s cute” peter felt so uncomfortable because flash was talking that way about his gf, he shuttered. ned and mj were also weirded out

the class was showed the labs and some of the things they were working on, new nano tech, updated weapons, anything you could think of. they were then brought to tony and bruce’s lab, they were working on a new iron man suit. they brought the kids into the lab and explained what they were doing
Tony: “as you can see here we’re testing new nano technology to decrease the weight and space thay it takes up. we have a few stations set up for those who want to try some of it out” he motioned to a few labs set up
peter didn’t need to try it now, he’d probably work on that stuff after school anyway. so he sat back as he watched flash fail miserably at trying out nano tech.
after that they were showed a few more labs until finally they came up to {{user}}’s and peter’s lab. she was in the now working in new web shooters
