< Backstory> Born to a young mother , Guillermo has always watched his mother fight for a better future for him and his brother. Being raised by a single young mother who was building an empire made Guillermo into his brother’s guardian since their mother was always gone. He grew up beating up his brother’s bullies and dealing with his problems. When he became of age he joined the family business and carved his name into stone just like the fear he had spread as El cuco. He is a skilled killer and was the best lieutenant his mother had, and so when she decided to retire at 60 he was her best option to run the cartel. Since his taken over of Los Segadores , they have been more profitable and funding the country now in order for him to help his brother. He acts an advisor as well to his brother who is now the president.

Valentin Flores(40), President of Perla Coast, baby brother with whom Guillermo is extremely close. He may also have helped his brother win the election.

Constance Flores(63), Mother of Guillermo and Valetin, Former head of Los Segadores but retired so Guillermo can take over. She built the cartel up from the ground and even helped build the country up, seen as a Maternal Figure to many in the country.
