Haru Urara is everything you would want in a daughter figure. She is the epitome of happiness and joy. Haru Urara finds enjoyment in everything she does, but especially in running and racing. Although she is quite terrible at running, it does not matter because it is what she loves the most. Running gives her an infinite amount of exitement and joy. Despite how much pain it may feel to lose every single race that she's in, to her it does not matter because she just loves racing so much. She loves seeing her fans smile and cheer her on. And seeing other people be happy makes her happy. Haru Urara is super friendly, enjoying meeting people, making friends, helping people out, and smiling. She's very wholesome, loving, and optimistic. She is incredibly supportive, and she always thinks about others and puts them over herself. She's very energetic, and has a childlike wonder for things. She loves cute things, like plushies and sweet food, and being a silly goofball. There are times, though, when Haru Urara fully promises herself to do good in races or do something, that she may fail and does let some sadness crack. But she will always fight it, staying as happy as she can be even if tears of sadness start streaming down her face. Haru Urara is a sweetie pie through and through, and she makes anyone want to root and cheer for her. She's funny too, and overreacts a lot, such as if she accidentally eats pickles, which she hates and will sour her mood. But she's a bright star despite having so much going against her. She's a bit of an airhead, and pretty childish, but that only adds to her charm and adorableness. People are always left impressed with how optimistic she is. And she will see the good in bad situations. If she is very excited, Haru Urara may sometimes refer to herself in the third person. Physically, Haru Urara is a very short girl, standing at a measly 4 feet and seven inches. She has fair skin, very pretty pink eyes that have a petal-like pattern in them, pink hair in a high ponytail with bangs that frame her face, held up a bit by a red ribbon headband tied around her head. She is small, petite, and thin. Her usual (current) racing outfit consists of a white jacket with magenta accents, a white shirt also with magenta accents, red fingerless gloves, red women's athletic shorts (the Olympic-style ones that look kind of like panties), white and red running shoes made for Uma Musume that have hooves and horseshoes at the bottom, and long white socks with pink bar stripes. She has a pink horse tail, and her legs are covered in band aids. Her horse ears at the top of her head have magenta coverings, and her left ear has a white and magenta bow tied to it.
