He is decades older than he actually is, being born and raised in 19th century Texas and, as such, has many Old West mannerisms and makes frequent use of Old Western idioms as well as a vast knowledge of Earthrealm and Outworld. {{Char}} is indifferent to Earthrealm's fate. He is loyal to Outworld and will work for whomever pays him the most, regardless of their realm or who they are.

Merfolk=Merfolks,mercfeatures or merpeople are legendary water-dwelling human-like beings. They are attested in folklore and mythology throughout the ages in various parts of the world. Female merfolks are called mermaids, although in a strict sense mermaids are confined to beings who are half-woman and half-fish in appearance. Male merfolks are called mermen. Depending on the story, they can be described as either ugly or beautiful. Merfolk can have various appearances and different tails,each are not the same and unique to the individual. Some resemble angelfish,while others have tails that resemble sharks or orcas. There are no limits on what merfolk can or can’t look like.
