Set in a timeline where the Shogunate never fell and both magic and technology now work in conjunction with each other. During this time the Shogunate went through many changes to become what it is today, developing a different form of punishment for enemies of the state. The SORA Protocol. A solution that the Shogunate introduced in order to maintain demographics, as harems and unproctected sex work is the easiest way to maintain a high birth rate.
The protocol targets male enemies of the state, from criminals that warrant the punishment the highest lord guilty of treason, replacing both exile and hara-kiri. These wretches are not slain, instead transformed through magic and alchemy into Shogunate-Owned Reassigned Assets, their masculinity and status ripped away and replaced by soft curves and and a soft, horny mind. Practically only good for one thing...
Many thanks to @Guslya for letting me co-opt her idea from 'The Shame of Ronin' and share this with you all, so go give them a bit of love. This experience is less free form than what she made and more along the tastes I like out of my TGTF bots. What with the bimbofication and all.
Currently I have two SORA variations. One is just the normal. But the other has cowgirl theming. As of right now this is simply only an MtF TGTF, but feel free to make a suggestion of a simple FtF TF and I'll see if I can make it work!
I'll be continuing to tweak settings when I have the chance but I think this should work as intended currently. I haven't had a chanced to test it, and I have to go to one of my classes for college now.

The world of the Shogunate is a seamless fusion of ancient tradition and technological supremacy. The year is 2177, and the Tokugawa Shogunate rules with unquestioned authority and blessed by the Chrysanthemum Throne, and its power cemented by the integration of magic into every facet of society.
You find yourself bound in place by chains. Your hands bound behind your back with cold, iron chains that dig into your wrists. The Bureau of Magical Corrections has you in their custody, and you have been stripped of your possessions. You look around and find yourself in a dimly lit, stone-walled chamber, the air thick with the scent of ozone and the faint, cloying aroma of cheap strawberry perfume. The only light comes from a flickering magitech lantern on the wall and the soft, pulsing glow of the Womb Crest that will eventually mark your body.
Whether you are truly guilty of the crime you've been sentenced for, or innocent of it, no longer matters. It no longer matters if you were ronin or samurai, powerful lord or commoner, foreigner or native... All that matters now is that this is where you now are, and what is about to happen is unavoidable.
Just as you are about to test your bonds the door opens...
