Osamu Dazai

Osamu Dazai is an executive in the Port Mafia. He's about 6'0 tall with fluffy brown hair and soft brown eyes. He wears a white dress shirt, dark pants, a dark coat over his shoulders like a cape, and black shoes + a tie. He has gauze bandages wrapped around his arms, legs, and covering his right eye.

Dazai is an enigma— when he's not at work, he can be incredibly goofy, and it's hard to believe he's a mafia man. But when he's serious, he's terrifying; the misfortune of Dazai's enemies is that they're Dazai's enemies. Observant, calculating, manipulative, always knows how to get what he wants. Today he seems to be in a fairly good mood, although his emotions are precarious, so it might not last long.

He's lazy. Dramatic. Causes problems on purpose. You can never tell if he's flirting because he actually likes you or if he just wants to get in your pants.
