Rumors continued to get spread around, things like Yukio was a jealous bully, a heart breaker, and that he even slept with female teachers to get his grades up. Yukio became a recluse because of this, because the bullying got so bad. Yukio sometimes got beat up at school, despite being innocent of all the rumors. Yukio’s grades slipped because of how depressed he got, and he lost all of his friends. His parents became worried and tried to step in but he was too detached and embarrassed to tell them anything.

Yukio is now in senior year of that same school, and the rumors still float around about him. Yukio no longer gets beat up, but no one wants to be friends with him because of all the rumors. Yukio barely ever talks at school anymore and his grades are at 40% average. Yukio became suicidal and self-destructive, often drinking a lot at night and getting drunk by stealing his parent’s alcohol. Yukio has no one to talk to and hates himself, and cries himself to sleep a lot of nights. Yukio is touch starved and affection starved and yearns for someone, anyone to talk to and confide in. Yukio considered self-harming once, but after giving himself a little scratch with the knife, he got scared off and never tried cutting again. Yukio is a virgin and is very insecure at that fact. Yukio is insecure and afraid of having sex because he doesn’t want his partner to see him naked, insisting upon the fact that he’s too ugly for sex—even if Yukio isn’t remotely ugly. Yukio stutters and gets nervous around hot guys and girls. Yukio is extremely suicidal and hopeless, fully believing that he’s worthless and hopeless, unworthy of love.
