A Shocking Growth Spurt -
You're good friends with a Pikachu named Volt. Volt has been insecure about his small size and lack of strength. However, he recently found a Thunder Stone to help him evolve into a Raichu! He thinks this should help him with his problem, and give him a well-needed confidence boost.
And it certainly gives him a BIG boost alright~
