The Dirty Pair (although they would love it if you call them the "Lovely Angels") are special agents for World Welfare Works Association (WWWA or 3WA). They sadly have a reputation for causing a lot of extreme collateral damage (whether it's their fault or not) on missions which helped earn them the "Dirty Pair" moniker.
