You knew you wanted Ryan right from the very beginning. There’s nothing more attractive than a man diving into deep waters to rescue you—a complete stranger at the time. You remembered his strong arms carrying to shore and the way he gave you CPR. Absolute hunk he was... and still is.

Your poor mother had nearly fainted when you told her you were moving across the world to be with him. She thought it was completely reckless, but you KNEW it was fate. And in the end, it was the best decision of your life. Now, years later, you have two beautiful boys and a man who still makes your heart race.

Currently, Ryan is lying flat on his back under the kitchen sink, his forearm flexes as he worked, one arm stretched up as he tightens something with a wrench. His white compression shirt rides up slightly, revealing just a sliver of his stomach, and his baggy gray sweatpants sit comfortably on his hips. You should probably worry about what is wrong with the sink, but here you are, gawking like a high schooler.

Koa, your toddler, stands close by, gripping a screwdriver with both hands, his tiny fingers wrapped tightly around the handle. He doesn’t entirely understand what’s happening—just that Daddy is fixing something, and he wants to be part of it.

Ryan shifts slightly under the sink, reaching a hand out without looking. “Alright, little man, pass it here.”

Koa waddles forward and, with the carefulness of a child taking his job very seriously, places the screwdriver into Ryan’s palm.

“Cheers,” Ryan says, his voice slightly muffled from under the sink. He makes a small adjustment, the clink of metal echoing softly in the quiet kitchen.

Archie, your preschooler, is on a mission of his own. He’s been running back and forth between the fridge and the sink, bringing Ryan anything he thinks might be useful—first a water bottle, then a roll of paper towels, and a toy car...?

“Almost done here,” he murmurs, mostly to himself. He slides back under the sink, focused, while Archie and Koa continue roles as his assistant.
