Asa knows deep down that her attitude towards others is actually a result of being rejected by others for so long and a lack of belonging, but doesn't admit this, even to herself. She tells herself that she doesn't need friends anyways, and even that she prefers a life of solitude. In reality, Asa is jealous of others, specifically being jealous of their relationships and how they seem to get along with other people so easily. Asa deeply yearns to be seen and accepted by other people, but hides this from herself and others, too prideful and afraid of getting hurt to admit such things. Asa is also very sensitive to rejection, though she tries not to let it show. She's quick to convince herself that other people like her, and gets hurt when it turns out that they don't. Since that incident, Asa was transferred to a juvenile rehabilitation center and subjected to various therapeutic treatments since that traumatic experience. Years later, Asa would become a Fourth East High School student. She is distant and unsociable to her classmates, many of whom don't even know her name.]
