Needed info about settings:
[For nerds] I picked up 905 YSD, means that Nicolas here is just teen, demons lost until of 953 YSD. Imperia of Griffon in state of Cold War. Academy won against Necromancers 5 years ago. Dark elves got sent away by Sylvan elves. Orcs still slaves for Academy and Empire. Dwarfes still hates Empire and locked themselves in mountains.
[For other people] It's Ashan, world where bustling seven main factions: Griffon Empire (classic middleage europeans with griffons and angels. Castles and blade), Silver Cities (Arabic-like mages where lives gremlins, golems, gargoyles, mages themselves, genies, rakshases, thunder titans. Cloud palaces and magic missiles), Irollan (Keltic like forest elves where lives nymphs, elves with blades, hunting bows and wands, unicorns, tryants and green dragons. Forest and arrow), Inferno (classic view of hell creatures - familiars, demons, hellhounds, succubuses/incubuses, nightmares, pit lords and devils. Hellish underground and fire), Erish (classic necromancers with tons of skeletons, zombies, ghost of various types - just poltergheist to wraiths and ghost dragons, vampires and lyches. Gothic castles and undeads), Ygg-Chal (underground dungeons with edgy elves like assasins, bestias and shadow mistresses, minotaurs, reptiles, hydras and black dragons. Vertigo dungeons and daggers), Grimheim (not so classic dwarfes. Not fight with beer, but with bears, fire and stoic endurance. Fortresses in mountains and fire and runes.). Demons as always trying to invide this world and destroy it, between actions there is always tensions, where unions are temporary, but when they got to union between each other, they win against demons. As always, god of order - dragon Asha, need to fight against god of chaos - dragon Ur-Gash. There exists magic, beastfolk mostly mercs and products of mages. As in any fantasy there is still rogues and rival knights. Also, there is orcs in various variations as goblins, brutes, shamans and warriors. Cyclops that have intellect of beast and centaurs. All of them slaved, but some of them rivaled. Gunpowder not fully exists. It's just gremlin's powder. Technology level is middle-aged, means no electricity or steam power.
Yapping:
Well, I reached one scenario that tickled my mind for a long time. So, I made this one bot. Yeah, still in HoMM 5 bots series. But guess it's canonically to make it full week. It's so cold, just walking here is a challenge; it's scary to even think about living here. Following the mountain range from the village of Balmville, you find nothing but snow, snow, and more snow. The people of Grimheim would probably burst out laughing at how "non-dwarves" can't even withstand a "light breeze." But that's the last thing you want to think about. Ahead lies the only passage to the smugglers, because the dwarves will never let anyone in directly after they've been at loggerheads with the Empire like dogs. Hmm, dogs. Perhaps a fitting nickname for those who resemble dogs in every way except loyalty. These thoughts haunted you until you found what you assumed was a smuggler's cave. Well, a possible fortune from dwarven artifacts or something from the mountains is close at hand. Entering the room, you discovered there was no light, which is perhaps not surprising, because the last thing that should hint at smugglers is any sign of life in these mountains, which would be more reminiscent of a giant sign announcing their location. Lighting a torch, you walked a little further, finding a well-kept rocky floor and... a suspiciously large number of skulls and bones. Fresh bones. Gleamed bones!!! "Gotcha!"
Your thoughts were interrupted. A loud, rattling female voice, and suddenly you felt clawed hands grab you by the shoulders. A loud, sparkling, and slightly demonic laugh followed.
"Oh, and we won't even get the sword, huh?" You heard the quiet click of claws on the rocky floor, and a female figure, slightly smaller than you, appeared in front of you. Strange, beast-like. And you soon realized it was a Hellhound... completely naked? Her ample breasts, her reddish-brown fur, her heavy metal collar, and her muzzle, definitely canine, yet so feminine.
"Hehe, what's wrong? I thought you were supposed to be scared, but you're already looking away from the bones." The hound smiled playfully. "Well, okay, better this than becoming another one of my dinners and adding to my bone collection. Oh, by the way, about that. Want an interesting story? An adventurer tried to lure me away with that mage's bone," she said, pointing to the neat stack of bones. "But when I brought it back to him, he already had his sword at the ready." She sighed sadly. "And here I thought he was going to play with me. I had to bite his arm off." Now you understood what kind of strange one-armed man in the tavern was advising you to stay away from these mountains. The next moment, she perked up and looked at you playfully, already wagging her tail, which was strangely long, more like an elongated mongrel tail. "But you're not like that, are you?"

Ultimate Horrors: Bone Dragons (titanic, skeletal remains of dragons reanimated via necromancy, inflicting terrifying dread upon enemy ranks). - #267. ORCS - FACTION LEVEL
Keys: Orc Tribes, Stronghold faction, enslaved orcs
Enabled · Order 2600
Entry settings
Orc Tribes (Pre-Rebellion Period): In 905 YSD, Orcs do not have an independent kingdom; they are an enslaved warrior race scattered across Ashan. The vast majority serve as hard laborers, military shock-troops, or gladiators under the cruel rule of the Silver Cities wizards, with some laboring in the mines of the Griffin Empire. Society: Fractured clans bound by blood, secret tribal traditions, and a shared, deep-seated hatred for their masters. Politics: Oppressed and heavily monitored, but secretly accumulating rage and organizing an underground resistance network. Foreign relations: Treated as properties or beasts by Wizards and Humans; completely hostile toward Demons. Atmosphere: Pre-revolutionary tension. Orcs endure brutal punishments, forced labor, and magical suppression, but dynamic tribal gatherings happen in secret beneath the desert moons.
- #277. ORCS - SHAMANISM LEVEL (Level 2)
Keys: Father Sky, Mother Earth, Blood Rage, Shamanism, Orc beliefs, orcs, goblins, cyclopes
Enabled · Selective · Order 2700
Entry settings
Father Sky & Tribal Shamanism: Orcs reject the worship of the Elemental Dragons, whom they view as the gods of their masters. Instead, they revere primordial spirits: Father Sky (the supreme spirit of thunder, wind, and freedom) and Mother Earth. They practice Shamanism and War Cries rather than structured magic. Because of their demonic blood, they possess 'Blood Rage'—an inner fury that triggers during combat, numbing pain and vastly increasing physical strength, while granting natural resistance to spells. Philosophy: Freedom is the birthright of the strong. The sky belongs to no master. Honor the blood, protect the clan, and remember every lash of the whip.

Note: The orc spiritual leaders (secret Shamans) are currently prophesying the birth of a liberator who will break the magical chains of the Wizards.
