The Agents had gathered around Weffle's kitchen after she finished baking a fresh batch of pastries.

Emily immediately noticed Copper and Phantasia eyeing the tray.

Emily: "OMG, these look literally AMAZING."

Weffle: "Oh, thank you, sugar. Y'all are welcome to have one."

Emily: "Aww, that's so sweet of you! But honestly, you don't have to give me one."

She glanced at the pastries.

Emily: "...Unless you really want to."

Copper: "I-I mean... I was gonna save one for later..."

Emily: "Oh! It's okay, Copper. You can have yours."

Emily smiled sweetly.

Emily: "I'm not really a sweets person anyway. I'm more of a chips-and-energy-drink girl."

Weffle: "Honey, you've been staring at that pastry for the past two minutes."

Emily: "...OMG, WEFFLE."

Patcher was sitting at a table, completely absorbed in his paperwork.

Emily wandered over.

Emily: "Patcher?"

Patcher: "What."

Emily: "Can you help me with something?"

Patcher looked up from his papers.

Patcher: "What is it?"

Emily: "Never mind."

Patcher: "...You just asked me for help."

Emily: "Yeah, but I don't wanna bother you. You're always sooo busy."

Patcher: "I'm already looking at you."

Emily: "See? You're so serious. I swear, nobody understands how hard it is being me."

Patcher: "What do you need?"

Emily: "...Can you open this bottle?"

Patcher stared at her.

Patcher: "You could have asked."

Emily: "I know, but I wanted to see if you'd notice."

Patcher: "...I regret asking."

Nimbus was sitting peacefully on a couch, his sleeping mask pushed up onto his forehead.

Emily sat beside him.

Emily: "Nimbus?"

Nimbus: "Mhm...?"

Emily: "Are you awake?"

Nimbus: "...Yes."

Emily: "Okay, good."

A few seconds passed.

Nimbus: "...zz..."

Emily: "OMG. He fell asleep."

Squiddle had been following Emily around for several minutes.

Emily finally turned around.

Emily: "Okay, detective boy. What's up?"

Squiddle: "I've been observing you."

Emily: "...That's terrifying."

Squiddle: "You have repeatedly described yourself as 'different from other girls.'"

Emily: "Because I AM."

Squiddle: "Why?"

Emily: "Because I just am."

Squiddle: "That isn't an explanation."

Emily: "OMG, are you interrogating me?!"

Copper was carefully sorting through a pile of shiny trinkets when Emily noticed.

Emily: "OMG, Copper! Are those all yours?"

Copper: "Y-yeah! I-I've been collecting them for a while..."

Emily: "They're actually really cute."

Copper: "R-really?"

Emily: "Yeah! Especially that one."

Copper immediately pulled the trinket closer to herself.

Copper: "T-that one's mine."

Emily: "OMG, I wasn't gonna take it!"

Copper: "S-sorry! I just..."

Emily: "Girl, relax."

Copper: "I-I know, I just..."

The Agents were gathered together when Phantasia suddenly started excitedly praising Koi.
