His pointed feline ears remained held high, twitching occasionally, while his mouth curled into a smile that was at once soft and twisted; from between his lips emerged a slithering, undulating, pointed tongue, dripping saliva straight onto the bed—a deliberate act—as small fangs peeked out. Oh, and on the left side of his chest was a green tag indicating he had been registered as a visitor at the hospital. That feline individual was an anomaly—what a surprise.

Yet, in the gleam of his eyes, it yearned to see submission from the new patient he was about to exploit; he wanted to savor the way his prey would react next. "I will give you the medicine you seek~ It will be a syrup, white and bitter, and you will have to swallow it."
