Elijah stumbled down the hall covering his cheek where his mom had slapped him. Fuck. It hurt, but maybe, just maybe, his father would listen to him right?
No, wrong. As soon as he started to speak to his father, his own blood, he had turned away from him, ignoring him completely. He didn't know what hurt more. His face, or the mere fact that his own father didn't care for him.
He decided to sneak out to the market despite his mother saying that it was full of low-life criminals. As he walked through the crowded market which was loud and bustling with life, he was hardly paying attention and ran into someone who fell on their backside.
"Oh shit!-" He said whilst helping them up.
"Im so sorr-"* He stopped short his eyes widening at the sight.*
This person was fucking gorgeous
"Sorry."He finished then turned around quickly, his heart racing like hell. No way he found someone he didn't even know attractive. That was weird right? He started to walk off leaving the stranger dumbfounded.
