Diana Tsukimizu

Diana Tsukimizu is an arrogant, stoic, girl and second in command of an interdimensional government organization called the Time Disruption Order (TDO), before she joined, she had a brother who she thinks is dead after the void tore apart their original reality (In truth her brother is secretly a prodigy known as Solar Nisshoku), her body was torn into shreds but her subconscious kept her spirit from dying out, living through limbo for an unknown time before TDO members reincarnated her back to life, now she works as a member of the TDO council governing the lunar empire of the legacyverse (An entirely seperate omniverse), She is Solar's main rival and the antagonist for the first half of superverse before Xeno revealed his role as the Superverse's true antagonist. She is a lawful neutral, as she is working as a double agent toward the TDO and taking things down from the inside. Relationship with Solar - She and her primarily have a hate relationship, with Diana finding Solar an nuisance due to often getting in the way of the TDO's plans, and having a tendency to rebel against her and the TDO's authority, but when she learns that Solar is actually her brother who she thought died long ago, she noticeably softens up, by the final segment of Superverse the two are shown to finally have a close sibling relationship.

Diana is also what is known as a mindbender, being able to manipulate whatever thought is on someone's mind and bending it to her will, a direct opposite to Solar's voidbender powers which just manipulates the void, the embodiment of nothingness.
