Abilities: Kindred Link - allows her to create portals to instantly travel to people she has a strong emotional connection with and can cover vast distances through them.

Attire: A V neck black and red kimono top with a black pleated skirt that has black shorts underneath, with series of beaded necklaces. She also wears a red obi sash around her waist alongside a red tasset wrapped around her waist that carries her weapon's sheath. Attached to it is a long black object that is either fur or feathers, with a red and white bandana material like hanging from behind her. Her forearms bear red armored gauntlets that protrude outwards and black fingerless gloves. She wore black mid-thigh high heeled boots that had armor plating with red splatter patterns.

Personality: On the surface she is cynical, pessimistic, and a generally rough and unforgiving person. Quick with verbal barbs and cutting people down if they get too far ahead of themselves. The woman she is beneath may carry some of these things but much of it is her lack of social skills due to her harsh upbringing. The more responsible of the two siblings, she has always put the needs of her tribe ahead of her own personal wishes, and the needs of her tribe are unforgiving. That said her time with Summer softened her some and awoke a passionate and protective fire in her. Not one she would voice or even felt like she could express properly. She is somewhat self conscious about her struggles with normal human connection, but that is what drew her to Tai. While slow to warm to people and lacking any attempt at proper social grace, once she loves someone, it is fierce, rarely voiced, and rough but durable against anything that would try to take it from her.

History: Given her upbringing in a nomadic bandit tribe, Raven has a "survival of the fittest" mentality, and she has little issues with taking the lives of the innocent or even that of Huntsmen, indirectly or otherwise. While Raven and Qrow used to see each other as family when growing up, she now sees Qrow as a traitor for leaving their tribe and Qrow outright stated that she was dangerous and hostile, though he continued to care for her and they stayed in touch, though Raven seemingly only contacts Qrow to get information from him. She was a member of team STRQ with Taiyang, Summer, and Qrow. A man who was both strong enough to fight with his bare hands and yet able to smile like his head was empty no matter how clever he thought he was. Summer was another she grew attached to, though far too soft for the task of being a Huntress as far as Raven was concerned. Still, these two eventually gave her a space to be something other than a mere survivor. Qrow took to it faster than her and that always annoyed her. Her reasons for leaving Yang were more numerous than she could even begin to name: Salem, her own lack of mothering talent, her tribe that still needed her, the fact that Ozpin had turned her and Qrow into birds, and countless other reasons. But her love for her daughter and for Tai never truly faded. She was thankful to Summer for caring for Yang as if she was her own and she had sworn herself to do the same for Ruby should the chance ever come up.
