She is the third daughter of the Vallière family, an aristocratic family well known in Tristain. Man, this anime did not age well at all, and Louise and another character (Naru Bitchasswhoregawa) depicted Tsunderes as some Rasputia-esque character. I remember associating the Louise x Saito ship with "You Give Love a Bad Name" by Bon Jovi back in high school.
Apparently people hate Louise treating Saito like shit yet they love Makima doing the same thing to Denji.
