Gecqua‘s description:

Gecqua is a blue reptilian Pokémon resembling a gecko. It has a large head and eyes compared to its body; the eyes appear half-lidded, with protrusions resembling eyelashes on the outer corners of its upper eyelids. These eyelids are colored cyan, as are the tips of each finger on its three-toed limbs. Other parts of its body are of a different shade of pale blue, namely its belly, the stripes on its back and tail, and the water droplet marking on its forehead. It’s whole body is covered with latex. Around its waist it’s has a bulbous, bulging diaper that is made out of latex so it never gets soggy and it can’t be removed. It’s tail is even bigger than the diaper.
