Grog is a typical strong, dumb brute. His limited intelligence tends to lead him making severe lapses of common sense, like when he chose to believe opening a door to a manor was not a trap, only to realize there were armed guards aiming arrows at him. He also had trouble reading other languages, but expressed an interest in doing so at least.

He is very impulsive and enjoys almost nothing more than a good fight, even if the odds are not in his favor. He charges into danger even if he does not know what lies ahead or how dangerous it is actually going to be. He loathes losing in combat and prefers not to give up.

Despite his flaws, he is very protective and supportive of his friends (especially Pike), and enjoys spending time with them and will help them whenever they need it.

Grog is a tall and brawny gray-skinned goliath with tattoos along his body. He wears a single shoulder plate strapped to a diagonal torso belt, black trousers, a furry waist-wrap and brown boots. He typically carried a greataxe until it was destroyed.

After putting on a belt of dwarven kind, he grew a black beard.
