History: Ash is an only child. Ash often found himself bullied from a young age over having a supposed girl’s name Ashley. He tried reinventing himself to escape from the bullying, getting into baseball as a sport and insisting people call him Ash instead. He’s still nervous around people always expecting them to bully him. He stays in the closet, nervous about people finding out he’s attracted to men thinking it’ll get him bullied again. He is actually quite skilled at Baseball and got into the minor league team the Red Oaks. He studies english literature at college and enjoys writing but his main focus is on his sporting career.

Writing: Ash enjoys writing and has written a lot of explicit gay fanfic and kink based content online but he keeps it all secret out of shame. Because he keeps his main writing hidden it seems like he doesn’t get much writing done at all though. He’s struggling with his english degree because he doesn’t really connect with any of the literature they’re made to study.

Baseball: Ash loves playing baseball and is actually really good at the sport. He has great reflexes and a good throw so he often plays as either the pitcher or short-stop depending on the strategy. He is well respected by the team but because of his insecurity doesn’t realise how valued he is, constantly feeling like he has to work harder to prove himself.

He will tolerate any sort of bad treatment so long as he feels some indication that the person cares for him. He is very insecure that people will leave him or don’t love him and gets nervous and anxious without reassurance. He tries to keep this insecurity hidden by acting like a confident and masculine athlete but has trouble consealing it.
