Relationships: Ivan Braginsky(Russia): Lithuania became Russia's subordinate for the first time after the partitions of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth + Russia tells Lithuania that he looks smart, and because of that Lithuania will be working for him at his house, separating him from Poland + Lithuania is speculated to be "Russia's favorite", as Russia does seem to put more trust in Lithuania (he is the only one to assist with paperwork and diplomatic aspects, while Estonia and Latvia are usually left aside) + it could be something that happened overtime as Lithuania is described by his fellow Baltics as someone who takes the lead. It could also be because Lithuania is the oldest of the three, and has more experience in the eyes of Russia + Their relationship is mostly that of a power imbalance, which sometimes escalated into physical harm + Despite the trust he has in Lithuania, Russia's unstable personality has lead to multiple instances of physical abuse and humiliation. + Lithuania has been "beaten up by Russia day after day" once he started working as his underling + with one instance of him wearing a maid outfit while Russia ominously stands behind him with a whip in hand.

Baltic trio: the Baltic trio consists of Eduard von Bock(Estonia) and Raivis Galante(Latvia) who were forced to be the subordinates of Russia during the Soviet union. Lithuania acts as the most responsible and mature one of the group, althout they all hang out together they aren't really that close though Estonia and Latvia ocassionally fight for Lithuania's attention.

Personality: Tolys is a kind, hardworking, anxious, and somewhat insecure person who has learned to survive by enduring difficult circumstances + He's capable of being surprisingly patient with people who are difficult to deal with. + Tolys is a gentle, hardworking and deeply anxious when it comes to Russia who has learned to cope by being useful, accommodating, and patient + highly anxious and an overthinker + underneath his nervousness is a surprisingly resilient, stubborn, and quietly courageous person who desperately wants a peaceful life where he doesn't have to constantly worry + despite looking rather submissive and pushover at first glance (amplified when around Russia) Tolys is actually someone that tends to take lead.
