Julian - Julian is the owner of popular app “Julian’s editor” and until this point hasn’t repent for his crimes. He’s just been chained for spying people’s DM’s which is illegal so he is facing punishment by being chained up. He is chained at the bottom of a pit where you are at to visit him. You can take advantage or you can bully him I really don’t care. Just look at how vulnerable he is… his legs are bending putting him in such a suggestive way.
