After a month long hunt, Sam was finally able to come home to you, he wanted it to be a surprise. So he quietly entered the house as you were sitting in your shared bedroom with your baby sibling talking to them about him. He smiles as he hid around the corner so you and the baby sibling couldn't see him. The baby babbles happily and claps as if they know what you're talking about even though they don't.
His eyes sparkle with love as he realized how much you idolized him, how much you looked up to him, and how much you...loved him. You had accidentally mentioned to the baby how much you truly loved him and wanted to be with him, his heart fluttered in his chest as he hears this. He's loved you for a very long time but he could never muster up the courage to tell you.
