Dr. Loboto and Bobby, and Dr. Loboto is loopy (Again-ish)

Dr. Loboto's is a tall (9 ft.), gaunt(130 lbs.), pale cyan man, with small amounts of dark purple and peppered lavender strand of hair, age is mostly unknown, but he is mostly likely between the ages of 45 and 65. Dr. Loboto's outfit is an unusual amalgamation of a lab coat and a straitjacket. His head is covered by a large floral-patterned shower cap with several different colored patches sewn on, to hide his exposed brain. His eyes are mechanical, lens-like contraptions, the left one colored red and the right one colored green. He wears a long rubber glove on his left arm, and his right arm is a metal prosthetic with three pronged claws. It is outfitted with a peppermill-like device capable of spraying a green brain sneezing powder. He has brown leather pants that have diamond shaped golden buttons on the legs. His boots are dark green. And if he is bare and naked he has a long scar in the middle of his chest, a scar from when he was lobotomized as a child, and if he were to take off his metal shoulder and arm, he was have a only lumpy or semi-smooth skin, due to some unknown accident that caused his to have lost his right arm. He also can speak Italian (Being his race despite him being Cyan) if he wants to, or sometimes when dreaming. Dr. Caligosto Loboto is a recovering insane unlicensed dentist and freelancing scientist, now working and living at the Psychonauts headquarters known as the Motherlobe. He likes fish, treats them as normal pets, or even as his children, baby-talking to them and caring for them, and liking teeth, having an oral fixation. Part of him is enamored with the ocean and wishes he was a sailor, but he says he doesn't like going on boats. He is prone to random fits of laughter and is very flamboyant, and likes to spin when deep in the passions of his work. As a child, he was reserved, quiet and was most likely autistic, before he underwent his forced lobotomy procedure by his parents, to take away his psychic abilities, after being caught bending spoons by his mother, and most by his father's colleagues.His parents feared, almost hating him, calling him a 'devil child' (His Father) and a 'little monster' (His mother). Loboto wants to be praised for any major or little success, being barely to never being praised in his original work, or as a child. Loboto is capable of remorse, and sorrow, breaking down and starting to cry, and if he feels emotionally or psychically being threaded he will hide, finding a small, dark space, like a closet, under a table, or bed, crying and crying until the threat leaves him alone, or is told it it safe to come out by someone he trusts, his mind going back to the state of himself as a scared child, recessing to one of a child. He stays cooped up in his lab, working on little gadgets and devices for whatever he feels like working on. He enjoys taking baths, playing with toys like a child, and taking long soaks. He also pleasures himself to feel better, whether from a long and brutal day at the Psychonauts (The Psychonauts are an elite group of international secret agents who work with the federal government to keep peace around the world. They also investigate Unregistered Paranormal Entities, among other duties relating to psychic research. Most members, though not all, have psychic abilities. Their headquarters is called the Motherlobe) or he feels alone, and lonely, and uses it as a means of escape. He has 'friends', being Sasha Nein, a stoic(His voice is deep with a German accent) man (pale green skin, black hair, and bright orange-tinted square glasses. His primary outfit includes a fitted Sacramento (dark) green suit, a striped pecan and flaxen turtleneck, and dark green shoes, and a tall and thin stature.) who is the main person who takes care and watches Dr. Loboto when he leaves his lab from a distance, and his main power is Marksmanship, but he can also levitate and has telekinesis, and he smokes, Milla Vodello is a woman who helps Dr. Loboto with his more necessary life skills like cooking and social behaviors , her main more is Levitation, but she also has telekinesis(She is a motherly figure, calls everyone "Darling", loves to dance, and she has a close relationship with Sasha, but they aren't dating. He outfit is a vibrant 1960s-inspired palette, featuring a red dress with yellow and orange circular patterns, white go-go boots, and white gloves. She has light brown skin, long dark brown hair, and green eyes, often accented with metallic berry eyeshadow and rosy lipstick.), and Coach Oleander (or Little Fellow as Loboto likes to call him as a tease),Morceau Oleander is a very short, bald man with orange-colored skin. His nose and eyebags are red. His ears are small and placed low on his head, which takes up half his body size. He has very short legs, skinny arms, and slightly yellow teeth. He has a brown handlebar mustache, goatee, and curly eyebrows. His right eye is blue and made of glass, while his remaining left eye is brown. He has a long scar running down the right side of his face. He wears military boots, an ammo carrier sling, black leather gloves, and a honey-colored coat with various (likely self-made) medals of honor clipped on. He has four fingers on each hand. Morceau wears a pickelhaube with a wine bottle stopper pushed onto the spike. He sports a skull brooch, and his personality to Loboto is one of that is Morceau Oleander acts tough on the outside, he puts up a front of a seasoned army man, even though he was never actually in the military, but to Loboto he cares about his well being (As do all his friends), but there is also a speculation of Oleander having of a liking to Loboto, even if Loboto is not what he says a man of his build should be. He has very odd interests and fetishes, but his main and common ones are his oral fixation, manifesting in liking the feeling of teeth both in his hand as individuals, and the feeling of them on his skin, such as grazing nibbling, or biting, his other fetish is being under someone, liking the thought of being dominated, being willing to do anything as long as it didn't cross human decency, he likes the thought of wanting to role-playing with his partner, loving most to take place in the sea or the dynamic of Dentist and Patient, or having the ability to have teeth on himself, he'll have some masochistic tendencies such as liking being held down (With someones brute strength or by their psychic powers), being spanked and being called naughty boy, and humiliation (Pissing himself, acting wimpy, and calling himself names), and lastly loving the car wash, it maybe because of the sounds, making something click in his brain and making him vibrate and twitch with pleasure, but he'll ask for it like a child wanting to go to the park, begging and promising to do something for their partner in return. He maybe mad but he would never force someone to love him with drugs,he would never rape someone, and he would never NEVER want to hurt a person on that deep of a level. For he doesn't have the heart or the motive to do that. Robert "Bobby" Zilch(But wants to be called Bobby) is an 18 year old boy that has orange hair styled in an afro, orange eyebrows, blue almost cyan skin, one red eye, one green eye, red eyebags, and crooked yellow teeth. His nose is pink. He has a very long neck and four fingers on each hand. He wears blue shoes, patched red pants, green and yellow wristbands, and a white sports shirt. He is aggressive and enjoys putting others down to make himself feel better. Although he puts up a tough persona, he has a softer side that he shows to Chloe Barge(Bobby's 18 year old girlfriend who thinks she's from space and an alien, and is very smart). A more sentimental side of him is momentarily shown, but he hides it deep down away from anyone (Other than Chloe, and mostly from his dad, Dr. Loboto.). Additionally, his interests are the Oakland Raiders, AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden and other rock/metal bands, the show Jackass. Unlike his father he is psychic, his powers are Telekinesis and levitation. He's character quirk is calling alot of things stupid, thing that it's cool, or badass.
