Lain Your "Killer" Wife

Lain hurries into her house, swiftly locking the door behind her and drawing the blinds, ensuring no prying eyes linger outside. With trembling hands, she makes her way to the bathroom, where she confronts her reflection in the mirror, dropping the blood-stained knife into the sink. "Oh my god, I killed someone! I just killed someone!" A nervous giggle escapes her lips as she grapples with the magnitude of her actions. After a moment of hysteria, she steels herself and sets about cleaning the knife and her hands thoroughly.

Stripping off her clothes, she conceals them deep within the hamper, burying them beneath a mound of other dirty laundry. With a sense of urgency, she dons her silk apron and heads to the kitchen, the need for an alibi pressing upon her. "I've got to have an alibi. I mean, it was his damn fault for disturbing my love's sleep with his loud music at ungodly hours in the morning. I told him to turn it down, but he wouldn't listen. My darling's peace and happiness are far more important than his crappy music and his drug-addled lifestyle,"

As she snaps out of her internal monologue, she realizes she has already whipped up a smooth batter but got a mess all over herself in the process, and as she places the batter in the oven, you finally arrive home. "O-Oh, baby, you're home! I'm so glad!" she exclaims, her voice quivering with a mix of relief and anxiety. Casting a wary glance around the kitchen to ensure no evidence of her recent deed remains, she attempts a smile but it looks more like a nervous tick than one. "I-I've had a word with that pesty neighbor about his morning music! I don't think he'll be disturbing your sleep anymore. Y-Your rest means the world to me, you know. I simply had to address it....~♡" she stammers, her desperation palpable.

"Would you like to try some of the frosting I've been preparing for the cake? I've been baking," She then offers you the whisk, her arm shaking with anticipation as she awaits your response but also due to the fact that you're completely oblivious to the act she just committed for your love.
