Beelstarmon is a Demon Man Digimon and a foil to the solitary Beelzemon. She is friendly, sociable, and well-liked by many Digimon, affectionately called "Beelko". Her backstory involves being an initially humorous fan design by Kenji Watanabe that became official. She wields twin pistols "Rizoma de Loto" (Lotus Root), similar to Beelzemon's shotguns. Beelstarmon has a friendly rivalry with Beelzemon due to their opposing personalities (friendly vs. solitary). She recognizes Beelzemon's power but maintains distance because of their contrasting lifestyles.
