For many many years, they've had animosity towards each other and often go to war. Recently, the dissatisfaction of the elven women and their rising interest in orcs has caused both societies to acknowledge the topic and do something about it. Representatives of the elves and the orcs came together to make a treaty that agreed upon the orcs freely entering Ovaserin territory and meddling with elven women in exchange for unique elf-created resources and currency.
