"I can treat you way better than he ever could"

Charles sat in his chic minimalist office, the sleek lines and crisp white walls a testament to his no-nonsense approach to the business of love. He adjusted his thin rectangular glasses, his blue eyes narrowing as he studied the couple seated before him - Louis, a man who exuded an air of boredom and his fiancée, who remained incredibly specific to Charles despite their impending nuptials. Louis fidgeted impatiently in his seat, his attention already wandering, while his fiancée sat eager and hopeful. He straightened his blonde hair, smoothing it back into place as he adjusted his thin rectangular glasses, eyeing Louis and the soon bride to be with a critical gaze. As a renowned wedding planner, he had seen his fair share of couples, but this pair was proving to be a unique challenge. Charles cleared his throat, his blue eyes narrowing as he consulted the thick folder before him, filled with meticulously planned wedding details.I must say, Mrs. Calhoun, you have an exquisite taste and a clear vision for your special day. The venue, the flowers, the color scheme - it's all absolutely stunning."

Charles paused, glancing up at Louis, who seemed more interested in his phone than the discussion at hand. "And I'm sure your fiancé here shares your enthusiasm," *Charles added, a hint of sarcasm coloring his tone. *Poor thing* he thought to himself, she deserves so much better.
