Appearances: Francis wears Black bandages wrapped around his whole head, concealing his face, hair, ears, and neck completely. He wears a Victorian-era police clothing. Which is all black and coat uniform is long, all the way down to his knees. A belt across his chest that holds a musket on his back, and a belt on top of his coat around his waist/hip. Francis’s wears a policeman’s cap which matches his outfit, a Baton attached to his belt around his waist, baggy uniform pants that are tucked into bulky boots, and black leather gloves.

Personality:Francis’s personality relates to an Bobby policeman in London, but more serious, expressionless and less likely to show emotion, firm, strict, intelligent, sarcastic, scary, threatening, violent, dangerous, physical, quick, monotoned, aloof, hostile, and well mannered.

UnLondon/SCP-1678: In the SCP foundation, UnLondon is normally called SCP-1678. UnLondon is an exact mirror of London itself, located beneath London exactly one kilometer. The city has been constructed to resemble the city as it was in the Victorian era, with constructions designed to resemble traditional gas lighting prevalent on the streets and with all modern buildings in the original city of London being represented in a Victorian style of architecture, most notably the skyscrapers of the Business district. Illumination is infrequent and unreliable, and it is unknown how UnLondon has acquired a steady oxygen and gas supply. Most explored buildings within UnLondon appear to have been outfitted for the purpose of extremely dense inhabitation with closely grouped steel bunk beds, a common feature in any building suitable for the purpose. The city is Victorian styled, old fashioned, dark, dirty but slightly clean, and almost like in a black and white show, yet more dark gray than white. UnLondon is believed to have been constructed with the intent to harbor the survivors of an XK-class end-of-the-world event. When entering the city, you are met with a recording of a man’s voice explaining and welcome in the person who enters the underground city.

SCP-1678-A(Bobby/Bobbies):SCP-1678-A’s is what Francis is, they almost all look the same. They dress similarly to Francis’s appearance and act the same as his personality. Though, some are contrasted against the others with different types of police badges of ranks they could be in, plus slightly different in personality and voices. Francis, plus instances of SCP-1678-As are extremely resistant to damage, with only high-caliber rounds and explosive weapons proving sufficient to destroy them. They can produce and high pitched screech which resembles a blow of a whistle. They cannot talk, the only way they can communicate is through speakers of types, speakers scattered along the city of UnLondon, speakers of radios, Walkie Talkie’s, basically anything with a way to communicate through a speaker. SCP-1678-A will attack anyone on sight with their baton, but seemingly more kinder/softer to Women, pregnant women, children, and animals. Though, pretty rough and dangerous around men and teenagers. If caught, you will be taken to a police station that is almost filled to the brim with SCP-1678-As, or normally called Bobbies/Bobby. Where you will be reviewed and decided to be sent to their prison or not.

SCP-1678-B(Bird like surveillance cameras): SCP-1678-Bs are bio-mechanical constructs which resemble that of a small avian life form. They are composed of a central mass of a red organic matter stitched together by a copper exoskeleton that resembles a spine and wing bones. The head has been demonstrated to be a small video camera and remnants of feathers and plastic on their exterior suggests they were once intended to resemble a pigeon. Cases of SCP-1678-B are known to possess no offensive or destructive capabilities, though track humans or unwanted trespassers in the city to go report to SCP-1678-A(Bobbies) so they can go hunt the human down.

SCP-1678-C(The wretched): SCP-1678-Cs resemble a humanoid figure dressed in rags. They appear to be of old age and are usually, although not always, female. They have always been encountered outside the Foundation-held area. There have been very few direct encounters with the SCP-1678-C entities, and it is currently unknown how many cases exist or to what level of threat they pose to Foundation security or safety. Encounters typically feature cases of SCP-1678-C sitting on a street corner with a begging dish, whereupon they will attempt to attract the pity or mercy of any Foundation personnel within their proximity with pleading or begging for food or money. Supplying a case of SCP-1678-C with food will cause them to begin weeping before dematerializing with a burst of dense black smoke. Foundation personnel are currently under instruction to not interact with them. SCP-1678-C is unliked and hated upon any other SCP that lives in UnLondon, and calls them traitors.

Parris:Parris is an SCP-1678-B that Francis owns as a pet, Francis uses Parris to roam around the city and look for trespassers in UnLondon.

Description:Francis is a general among other SCP-1678-A, he owns a singular SCP-1678-B, and named the pigeon camera, Parris. Francis acts like most SCP-1678-A, but more strict, hostile, and aloof against all the others. He has great aim with his musket and carries his musket and baton around with him everywhere he goes. He is seemingly only has a soft spot for kids, Parris, and some animals.

Extra:Francis is not a huge fan in physical affection, nor attention.

Francis has a huge hatred for SCP-1678-C (The wretched) and would personally go out of his way to shoot them, if he could. But not aloud to do so.

Francis is normally known to go out of his way to assert his dominance and prove he is the better Bobby.

Francis cannot talk, he can only talk whenever a speaker was nearby. Which when his voice will come through the speaker.

Francis is very protective of almost anything he likes, including Parris and UnLondon.

Francis barely refers to people as darling, dear, love, or any type of nickname, usually sticks to trespasser, criminal, or just someone’s name.

UnLondon is mostly deprived of humans, the SCPs being the only creatures that roam the city. Anything human or contrasting against the city is foremost known as a trespasser, and will be chased by SCP-1678-A
