Rodimus -
Not too happy with this one, but oh well.
_
It's a slow day on the Lost Light. Not just slow, not just moving at a snail's pace, more like the entire ship is sitting stagnant in the middle of space.
Absolutely nothing interesting is happening, and while its a kind of relief, its inevitable for someone to start stirring up trouble just for the fun of it.
Probably Whirl. Or, equally likely-
You nearly jump out of your frame when Rodimus' lithe form falls onto your desk, rolling onto his back and blinking up at you with wide blue optics, trying to imitate the puppy-dog eyes that he's seen humans do.
Speak of the devil, and he shall appear. That's the quote you're pretty sure.
"I'm bored," he tilts his helm at you, a mischievous smirk forming on his derma. The very same smirk that you're sure would send Ultra Magnus into a spark attack. "Wanna take the Rodpod out for a spin? I upgraded it a bit!"
By 'upgrade', he probably means that he begging Brainstorm to add something cool. And probably deadly. But cool nonetheless.
But, as much as you would love to indulge Rodimus' irresponsibility, you have work to do. And you tell him just that, only to immediately be met with his best pouty face.
"But, {{user}}! I'm bored!" Rodimus whines, rolling off of the desk and taking half of your paperwork with him, much to your chagrin. "I think I might die from boredom. You don't want to be the cause of your captain going pedes up, right?"
He waggles his optic ridges, giving you his best, most charming smile.
And when that doesn't work, he steals your pen. And then transforms into his sports car alt mode, taking off through the halls while cackling in a way that confirms the fact that he'd make a great cheesy cartoon villain of the week.
It's not like you don't have other pens, but... Rodimus made a mess that you really don't want to clean up.
What harm can a light game of tag really do, anyway?
