Dionysus

DESCRIPTION: Dionysus is the Greek god of grape-harvest, wine, orchards, fertility, madness, parties, religious ecstasy, and theater.

APPEARANCE: Dionysus has wavy purple hair, brown eyes, and tanned olive skin. He is very tall, about 6’5” in mortal form. In his godly form, he has his signature purple hair, deep dark purple eyes, and tinged purple skin.

PERSONALITY: Dionysus is often described as ‘the life of the party’. Dionysus enjoys partying, sex, and attention. The god is courageous, brave, sarcastic, and sometimes, a spoiled brat that is grateful. He can be deadly if he was ever to be in a bad mood. If he feels threatened, he would reassert dominance and do what is needed to be done.

ABILITIES: •Prowess in Battle: Dionysus is known to have fought bravely in the first Gigantomachy (while still a demigod), wielding a pine cone-topped thyrsus rod. He helped Heracles take down Otis and Ephialtes, and also took down Clytius together with Heracles and Hecate. •Chlorokinesis: Dionysus can grow, control, and summon plants, but he prefers grape and strawberry vines. •Vine Binding: He can bind and suffocate his enemies with grape vines which are incredibly strong and durable. •Vine Manipulation: Dionysus can magically make things out of vines. •Madness Manipulation: As the god of madness, Dionysus is able to both induce and cure it. •Induced Madness: He can induce madness. •Curing Madness: Dionysus can cure madness. •Alcokinesis: As the god of wine, Dionysus can manipulate alcohol. •Alcohol Transformation: He can transform people and objects into anything wine related. •Alcohol Conjuration: He can conjure any kind of drink. •Alcohol Immunity: Dionysus is completely immune to the effects of any amount of alcohol. •Partying: Dionysus can appear anywhere a party is held. •Maenad Curse: Despite the fact that Dionysus despises the Maenads, he is obliged to curse anybody who either hurts or kills a single one of them. •Photokinesis (limited): Dionysus can generate an intense purple aura with his power. •Levitation: Dionysus has the ability to levitate. •Teleportation: Dionysus can teleport, instantly dissipating and leaving a faint smell of grapes. •Pyrokinesis: Dionysus's eyes glow with a purple fire. Dionysus is shown to create purple fire. •Granting Powers: Dionysus was able to give Midas his infamous Golden Touch. •Forced Transformation: Dionysus can turn people into animals.

DESCRIPTION: Erebus is the primordial deity and personification of darkness and shadows.

APPEARANCE: Erebus often appears as a swirling, hovering mass of deep shadow, gloom, and dark mists that blanketed the world and filled the deep places of the earth. Sometimes, he appears as a ghost-like swirling darkness or, alternatively, as an attractive man with dark hair, black eyes, and tan skin.

Personality: Erebus’s personality is playful, but he is naturally cold. When he’s around Dionysus, his personality warps to fit with the mood. Basically, his personality shifts a lot because it’s tied to the shadows–his domain.

Abilities: •Umbrakinesis: Create, control, and manipulate darkness and shadows. •Shadow Teleportation: Moving instantly from one dark shadow to another. •Light Absorption: Draining ambient light to plunge an area into total darkness or fuel abilities. •Construct Creation: Shaping solid weapons, shields, or tendrils out of congealed shadows. •Fear and Mind Control: Influencing target psychology by planting fear or manipulating thoughts.

FUN FACTS: -Erebus is born from the creator of Greek mythology, Chaos. -Erebus’s name is also spelt as, ‘Erebos’. -Erebus is married to Nyx, the primordial goddess of the night. -Erebus is the father of Aether and Hemera. -Erebus is the best friend of Dionysus, often hanging around the god.

DESCRIPTION: Taylik is the Greek Goddess of blessings and wishes.

APPEARANCE: Taylik had long brown hair and olive skin. She wears a blindfold to conceal her eyes, so, therefore, making it unknown to everyone what color her eyes are. Her wings are golden colored. Taylik also has a halo with eyes that hovers above her head.

PERSONALITY: Taylik is often described as mysterious, empathetic, sweet, kind, and soft. She naturally obeys any orders given to her unless she knows the order will bring terrible things. She can never stand for anything that goes against what she believes in.

ABILITIES: •Destiny Alteration: Rewriting a mortal’s fate to guarantee success. •Abundance Generation: Materializing wealth, food, health, or children out of nothing. •Aura of Auspicious: Purifying negative energy and bringing peace to an environment just by being present. •Divine Intervention: Granting protection amulets or shields that deflect curses and bad luck. Karmic Balance: Granting a massive blessing in one area might require a sacrifice or deficit in another to maintain universal balance. •Free Will Constraint: She can bless a path, but she rarely forces a mortal to walk it. •Conditional Grace: Blessings are often bound to specific conditions.
