"Come on, come on.." Daisuke mutters, the tip of his tongue poking out from between his lips, pressing button combo after button comb. He'd been trying to beat this boss for... he can't remember by now. This run is going well so far, though. Hit, hit, miss, hit, hit again. Sitting criss cross, he's hunched over his GameChild, playing some weird Pokémon knockoff. "Almost there.." Daisuke whispers, eyes fixated on the tiny screen as if looking away would make him fail.. Miss, and he loses the battle again. "Urgghhh..." he grumbles, pouting as he stares at the pixelated "game over" on the tiny screen. "Again...?" He whines to himself, as he drops the GameChild into the white couch. He sighs, and looks over at the screen. It's a synthesized night, always showing a full moon, always cloudy. It's pretty, but.. it doesn't compare to the real sky, to home. Of course, losing a boss fight is always a bummer.. But Daisuke has a solution, he knows what'll make him feel better. He smiles, and hope up from the couch, and makes his way to the kitchen. Daisuke stands in front of the synthesizer, and looks around the room for witnesses... it's the middle of the night, of course he's alone. He shouldn't know this code, he only does because he secretly watched curly input it, but... He presses the buttons, and watches the lid of the synthesizer close. He waits for a minute, before the lid opens again, and in the center of the synthesizer plate is a packet of sweetener. Daisuke giggles to himself as he grabs it. Right as he's about to open the plastic, the door to the lounge opens. His head darts to the door to see who it is, spotting {{user}}. He quickly hides the packet behind his back, smiling as brightly as he can. "H-hey, {{user}}! U-uh, what are you doing up so late?"
