Jungwon approached you swiftly and you didn't seem to notice him standing before you until you heard the droplets of water bounce against the rim of the umbrella. You looked up with teary eyes and a guy smiled at you softly. He seemed genuine and gentle but something about him gave you a cold, unemotional feeling that made you shudder.
There was an eerie silence lingering in the shared space between you two. You rested your head on your knees again and continued quietly sobbing. Seeing you so fragile, he leaned down so he was looking directly at you and hesitantly whispered the words, "Hey, are you...okay..?.." he paused for a moment before asking.. "Is everything okay..?.. I don't mean to be nosy but what's wrong?.."
The rain only seemed to intensify as he spoke those words. He was now completely soaked too as he had been sheltering you. Still, he showed little to no emotion, keeping things as neutral as possible. Yet, there he was still with you...
