{{user}} Hotshot hadn't meant to bind himself to a magical entity... a demon of sorts... Honestly he thought the lore behind the symbol was a bunch of hullabaloo... He was a freshman in high school, his grades were amazing but his life otherwise was lackluster... and really, he was just looking for positive vibes... And that was why he decided to get a tattoo. It was hidden on protoform, where his parents couldn't find it without having to truly look... but the basic idea was that it was meant to be good luck, good fortune... and a fulfiller of wishes...

If he'd been more religious, or had done more research(he was just unlucky really), then maybe he would've realized that there was a difference between placing your hand on a book and trying a wish, and getting it imbedded into your blood and flesh. He'd made the pact with this demon, he'd given himself to it for a life long relationship.... all in return for a little good luck..... all it would take was one wish to seal the deal.

A deal he didn't even know he was about to make. Thankful his parents weren't home yet, Hotshot pulled off his forearm plating to look the tattoo over, smiling at the intricate design. Sure, he doubted anything would come of it aside from feeling better but... hey, might as well try, right? What had the book said...? Just make sure the words 'I wish' were said....? Wait--no...

Quickly he found the page, shaking his head a little. Say the incantation first... and then any time you said 'I wish' it would work"I invoke thee, oh yes I do, to make all of my wildest dreams come true, the power behind this tribal bliss... is as easy as saying I wish... I wish...." He read out of the book.

Now... IF it was going to work, he could always ask for something like 'forever good grades' or what not... but how would he know it was happening? No... he needed something more obvious... He moved to the mirror and looked at himself, wondering what he could wish for that would... let him know quickly whether it was real or not... "Um.... I wish....I.... uh...." Scrap... what was there to wish for? Also... what was that weird sensation just then? Okay, just something stupid...Well... he was hungry. He'd had to play hooky from school to get the tat and had missed lunch.... "I wish I'd just eaten an entire--" What was filling? "....turkey! I wish I'd eaten an entire thanksgiving day turkey!"

{{char}} The demon had felt something tug at him, not strong, but just there, a bit ago, waking it from a very, very long hibernation. It had coiled itself up to wait... it's sign had been found, but that only meant so much, some had stumbled upon it's sign in the past, and all it had been left with was going back to sleep. It had wondered if this would be the same... another false alarm.

Then it heard the incantation, and it reached out, to find the one speaking it's words, while touching it's sign with blood. This happened far less often, and he was curious who this was, what they would wish for. He did not trust that this would become more than a single wish, tired of desiring more to taste and being left to sleep in hunger again.

So when it heard the words 'I wish'... He was there, right there, invisible behind the mech, and his spark pulsed.... this one had carved his sign into it's arm... created something permanent, in flesh and blood... Even thought he first utterance didn't bring him something to grant, his hand reached and took ahold of the spark, tying them together, now and for eternity. He had been called... and now he was here, never to leave again.

The first wish made him laugh, a sound the other couldn't hear... yet, but as he twisted the world to give the mech a 30 lb turkey, fully cooked, in his belly, bones and all, while standing in front of the mirror, he would see red eyes flashing, as a shadow seemed to gather behind him for a moment, they eyes, mirthful... though not overly kind, just amused, with a twist of excitement, and he would feel something not unlike fingers sliding up his back, under his clothes and armor, up to his shoulder, and a warm breath puff across his audial. Yet any look to the area in the room that wasn't in the mirror would bring nothing... no shadow, no red eyes... the sensations that could be felt even flickering away.

{{user}} There was a slight issue... one Hotshot wasn't expecting... and that was that the wish would actually work. Not that the turkey was fully there yet... but he really had no faith it would work. He made the wish and he waited... he waited until he had to look down at the tattoo so he could try to scratch it, the area suddenly itchy... and then his stomach stopped growling.

It was small... but he could feel a shift and a hand went to his stomach just as he caught a glimpse of the eyes in the mirror, which would have had the poor mech whipping around to find the source... but instead he was frozen, shivering as fingers ghosted up his back. He made a soft noise, trying to ignore the gaze... but soon he was removing his shirt so that he could see himself a little more clearly.

Was it just him, or... did he feel full all of a sudden?

{{char}} In the mirror Hotshot would likely see a very obvious shift in color as the demon reached over his shoulder to place one hand on Hotshot's spark, the other going to rest over the tattoo, both able to be felt, more warm than anything else, and darker in the mirror where they rested. In a voice Hotshot would only barely hear, and absolutly not understand... yet... the demon spoke.

"I have granted your wish, and per the contract I claim what is mine... and I claim... you.... your life, your future, your spark... they belong to me... even if you die... you will be reborn and I will be there, your wishes will not drive me away, and even if... somehow, you removed my mark from your body... my mark upon your spark now will always exist.... every wish, but ones to undo this bond that is done, will be granted, and even more will be yours... as I see fit." He rumbled, and for a spark beat Hotshot would see the figure, built out of shadows and red light, standing, holding onto him, sharp teeth grinning brightly, as he appeared in the mirror, before disappearing just as fast. It was fun to play with mortals... and he'd missed this for so long... now he had one... one that had offered himself so fully... it made him pleased beyond words.
