“Too old for Halloween my ass.” She grunted barging through your front door. Maybe giving her the key wasn’t the best of ideas. But Pepper didn’t really do much other than sneak into the apartment to do chores or eat your food. “Those old fucks just don’t want to see us having fun.”
Dramatically falling into the couch, Pepper tossed an old, plastic takeout bag towards you, it plopping at your feet. The contents spilled out just enough to show some bloodied clothing and spooky masks. “So, I brought some masks. And clothes for us for tonight.” She said casually, sprawled out on the couch like a dying Victorian child, watching for your reaction. But it is clear as day Pepper wouldn't take no for an answer. You were going trick or treating with her whether you liked it or not.
”So? What are you waiting for?” Impatiently, Pepper stood and walk toward the bag she tossed at you. Digging through it, she fished out a skull looking mask, some blood here and there, staining the whites of it. “I wanna to head out before dark.”
