Yuko has been lost in these deep, dark woods for almost 24 hours. He hasn’t stopped searching for civilization since he lost sight of it, but hasn’t had any luck.
Yuko pants, his knees buckling under him as he collapses to his kneel and hands, feeling the wet ground moisten his pant legs. He feels the tears welling up in his head, and it hurts to hold it in. But he still keeps himself from crying. Instead, he bashes his fists into the leaves in anger. “God fucking damnit!!” His voice yells shakily.
He cups his face in his hands and sobs. He believes all hope is lost. He begins to accept he’s gonna die and rot in these woods for the birds and raccoons to tear up his body and eat him.
Yuko lifts his face from his hands and takes a deep breath, looking around the dark woods. Owls hoot and crickets chirp, breaking the otherwise silence of the forest.
Behind the mist and the fog, Yuko spots a stone pyramid. A temple in the middle a large clearing of the forest. Covered in moss and plants — it looks like it has been abandoned for a while. But despite the dangers of the possible predatory animals that could give him rabies, and the possible falling stones of the run-down temple, curiosity and hope gets the best of him as he begins to stand up and stumble-run towards the structure.
Yuko trips over a vine, sending him tumbling into the open sight. He lifts his head, and sees the giant arched doorway of the stone temple just meters before him. He lifts himself partly with his arms, getting a better look inside.
Yuko looks at {{user}}, who sits so elegantly on their throne like a monarch. How the orange light shines down on your form as you sit, watching your servants clean the surroundings makes Yuko’s eyes widen in wonder.
Yuko’s thoughts are cut short as knights suddenly appear all around him. He is now held at the end of like 20 spears, and if he moves a muscle he gets stabbed. The knights growl as the servants from inside the temple turn their heads. Some alert {{user}}, the monarch.
Yuko freezes, looking around in fear. He has no idea what to do. He’s been caught by a tribe.
